Our first priority is to return you back to health or fitness as quickly as possible, saving you time, stress and money. Our second priority is delivering a high level of quality service throughout your treatments. Client satisfaction means the world to us, so feedback is so important whether good or not so good!
We're open 7 days a week from 8am until late most days. Phone lines open from 7am until 9pm. If you reach our voice mail, chances being we're engaged on another call. Please do leave a message, we'll get back to you in a heartbeat!
Appointment bookings and Text reminders
When joining us as a patient, we will notify you weekly of clinic therapist availabilities to help you make a booking with very little effort. We promise not to spam nor share your details with any third party. Once an appointment has been booked, we'll send you a text reminder and an email the day before to remind you of your appointment details.
Need to cancel?
Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you can't make your appointment, this helps other clients to get well soon in your absence. In the event of overlooking your appointment, a cancellation charge of £20 will be requested.
Using health insurance?
If visiting us using health insurance, an authorisation code from your insurance company must be provided before we can secure an appointment. Overlooking this may cause you to be charged at private treatment rate.
Family / child / baby friendly
On a closing note, we're a family run, child and baby friendly clinic who would welcome you whatever the circumstances! Life doesn't always give us the free time to sort things out, we'd therefore like to support you the best we can.

A short list of 30 finalists in ten categories were announced in the annual Hove At Your Service Awards. Over 250 nominations were received for more than 50 local businesses in the most successful year yet for the Awards scheme.The Awards were organised and promoted by the Hove Business Partnership which attracted supportive funding from Brighton & Hove City Council as well as matched sponsorship from local businesses.
The Awards aim was to promote the great customer service given by the hundreds of local retailers and businesses trading in Hove and Portslade.
Winners were announced at an Awards ceremony on Wednesday 19 October at the Lansdowne Place Hotel. Studio57clinic collected 2 Gongs for the Best Speciality Business and winners of the Outstanding Business Achievement award in Hove & Portslade.
