Hove Osteopathy

Osteopathy at Studio57clinic

Osteopathy is best known for treating musculo-skeletal problems such as back pain, neck pain and aches, joint problems including hips, knees, ankles, feet, shoulders, elbows and wrist; sciatica and other nerve pain.
It can also be beneficial for a wide variety of other health issues including digestive problems, headaches; circulatory problems, cramp, chronic fatigue, inability to relax; fibromyalgia & rheumatic problems.

Taking an indepth case history and conductucting a broad range of movement tests is fundamental to help track and irregularities in function further up or down the body that could be root cause of the problem. Osteopaths often see patients who have not found a solution to their health problems elsewhere.

At Studio57clinic, we aim to restore patients back to healthy function as quickly as possible and avoid lengthy treatment schedules if possible. That said, the longer a problem has been present then typically the longer it will take to resolve.

did you know?

Osteopathy vs Chiropractic treatment?
On the surface Osteopathy and Chiropractic treatment almost appear the same, however most Chiropractic treatments tend to be shorter in treatment duration as they tend not to perform massage to help promote soft tissue recovery to support the skeletal manipulation. Chiropractors tend to have a massage therapist available at a further date to provide you with a seperate treatment.  Frequent treatments with a Chiropractor are therefore common.
