Silvia Laurenti, Senior Physiotherapist HPC Reg, MCSP, APPI
Silvia is an HPC Registered Physiotherapist graduated at the University of Brighton. She has worked extensively in the NHS and private practice and is especially interested in modern modalities for the relief of acute and chronic pain. Silvia is a qualified Pilates Instructor and teaches one to one and group classes in Brighton and Hove. She has a particular interest in shoulder and neck injuries, and women's health including pre and postnatal rehabilitation. Silvia is a member of the Physiotherapy Pain Association and is a fully qualified in Western Acupuncture.

Final meal - Sushi or Lasagne - not together!
Greatest self accomplishment - Obtained my physiotherapy degree with high marks, later in life and in a second language and worked on my sport massage and pilates business alongside it.
Greatest sporting achievement - managed to play basketball to a fairly good level when younger, against all odds
