Joss Hall - Sports Therapist, Dance, Injury, Rehabilitation
Jocelyns (Joss) passion for injury treatment & rehabilitation was sparked following an injury that stopped her from dancing (her first love). Having danced since the age of three, Joss began at the Beach Theatre School in Shoreham-by-sea and then began taking classes at London Studio Centre leading up to auditioning for full time training. She has studied the Cecchetti method and completed the IDTA grades to Advanced 1 level.
"I know first hand how devastating an injury can be and I strive to get patients back to their sport as quickly and effectively as possible. I believe in treating the body as a whole to help prevent injury recurrence, and I take a full-body approach to rehab."
Joss has worked within team sports including Rugby, Football (Arsenal youth academy) and London Contemporary Dance School, in addition to working with athletes at several sporting events including London marathon.
If visiting Joss, expect a hands-on approach to treatment within the clinical environment and plenty of motivation to complete your rehabilitation program in as little time as possible.
